Good
Nocturne Music
is Chopin Nocturne Music
Chopin Nocturne Op. Posth. 72, No. 1
Chopin
Nocturne music rules as the desired answer for question five in
our Romantic
era category! This lovely E minor work has a wonderfully delicate
second theme, stated first in the dominant key (measure 23) and
eventually in the tonic major key (measure 47). Bars 31-38 are also
quite thrilling, with the original E minor theme being passionately
embellished in a highly crafted way.
Decoys
The
1893 Brahms Romanze (Op. 118, No. 5) is a lovely work written in
the key of F
major. Its D major middle section is rhythmically interesting,
using eighth, triplet eighth and sixteenth notes as a method of
increasing excitement gradually. Schumann’s Op. 4 Intermezzo,
marked allegro semplice, also has an abundance of rhythmic interest.
